Some projects ask more of you than others.
This one was a digital tool built on blockchain technology, designed to improve working conditions for artisanal miners in challenging environments — verifying mineral origins, identifying workers, ensuring responsible practices.
Our role was UX/UI design for users with varying levels of digital literacy, in areas with limited
connectivity. Which means every interface decision had real consequences — clarity wasn’t a preference, it was a requirement.
Design as a tool for social impact is something we take seriously. This project reminded us why.
